We have been absorbing increased costs of business to keep the same rates since last 1.5 years. However, to cope with the continuous increase in business expenses and overhead cost, we have carefully revised our rates (maximum $1 per hour ) effective from 15 January 2024. Looking forward with your continuous support.

    Valid for 4 weeks
    • 2 sessions (each 2 hours) of cleaning/cooking within a week

    • All sessions of the package must be utilized within 4 weeks

    Good for basic cleaning or Cooking (any one) Services: thrice a week
    Valid for 28 days
    • 3 sessions (each 2 hours) of cleaning/cooking within a week
    • Package includes total 12 sessions
    • All sessions of the package must be utilized within 4 weeks

    Good for basic cleaning or Cooking (any one) Services: 4 times a week
    Valid for 4 weeks

Payment Instruction

  1. You agree to pay full service fee upfront while booking our services.

  2. SPJ Helping Hands accepts online payment from following channels while booking from website:

    • Paynow: Additional 1% charges added as admin fee.

    • Locally issued Credit Cards: Additional 3% charges added as admin fee.

  3. We don’t accept cash payment.

  4. Please provide your full address (Block number, unit number and postal code etc.) for easy reference while booking the service

  5. Once the payment is done, we will revert to you with the booking confirmation and worker (who will visit to your place to provide service) details. 

  6. Upon successful completion of the payment, SPJ Helping Hands will issue the invoice to the customer.

  7. There will be a surcharge of $10 per service / session on the service engaged on public holiday.
